Is Sinnamon's Cottage pet friendly?
Yes. Up to two dogs per stay are welcome, unless otherwise agreed. The property is fully fenced. Dogs that jump or escape should not be left unsupervised.
How many guests can stay?
The cottage accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm. Check-out is before 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and depends on availability.
Is linen provided?
Yes. All bed linen and towels are supplied.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi with no data limit is provided, along with Netflix.
Is the cottage close to town?
Yes. Maldon's shops, cafes and historic main street are only a short walk away.
Do you supply firewood?
Yes, firewood and instructions for using the wood fire are supplied. The fire can be used between April and October.
Is there heating and cooling?
Yes. The cottage has two split systems for year-round heating and cooling, as well as the wood fire.
Do we have the cottage to ourselves?
Yes. You are booking the entire cottage and its private garden.
Are laundry facilities available?
Yes. A washing machine and dryer are available for guest use.
Can we cook at the cottage?
Yes. The kitchen is fully equipped and barbecue facilities are also provided.
